Your order is packed in an insulated box with dry ice to ensure it stays frozen during transit. Our packaging is designed to be eco-friendly, using recycled fibers and curbside-recyclable materials whenever possible.

Can I customize my subscription box?

Yes! You can choose a Custom Box to hand-select every cut you receive, or opt for a Curated Box where our experts pick the best seasonal cuts for you. You can also adjust your delivery frequency at any time.

What is your return policy for perishable goods?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or a product arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 7 days for a replacement or a refund.
